My professional journey into physical therapy began in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, where I gained extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders and various treatment techniques.
While the clinic environment was positive and kind, it was often rushed due to various restrictions.
Recognizing the need for a more patient-centered approach, I established my private practice to dedicate the necessary time and effort to each individual.
My approach is personalized and compassionate, ensuring that every treatment plan is tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
I am committed to providing the highest quality care and educating my clients to help them lead healthier, more active lives.
Professional Education and Credentials
I hold a Master of Science degree in Professional Studies with a major in Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from the same institution.
Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Siena College.
I have also successfully completed the necessary course/clinic work to earn my CProT (certified professional trainer) and Custom Orthotics Practitioner titles.
My dedication to professional growth is reflected in over 250 hours of (mostly hands-on) continuing education, ensuring that I stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
This extensive training, along with my experience and passion for improving health span enables me to provide the best possible care to my clients resulting in a happier healthier you!
